To be eligible for PACE enrollment, one must meet the following criteria:
55 years of age or older. Eligible for nursing home level of care as determined by the State of Michigan. Live in the PACE Southeast Michigan designated service area (see below). Must be safe in the community with the support of PACE Southeast Michigan.
